MODERN APPROACHES TO THE FORMATION OF AN INTELLIGENT ECONOMIC SYSTEM OF CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF DEVELOPMENT OF CROSS-BORDER COOPERATION IN THE CONTEXT OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

Abstract

The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of an intellectual economic system of construction enterprises in the context of the development of cross-border cooperation and European integration processes. The emphasis is placed on the relevance of intellectualization of the economy as a key area of post-industrial development, which involves the introduction of digital technologies, knowledge-based resources, innovative management models and information and communication solutions. It is determined that the intelligent economic system of a construction enterprise includes digital infrastructure, ERP and CRM systems, facility life cycle management (BIM), knowledge management, human capital development and corporate culture of innovation. The role of cross-border cooperation as a factor in enhancing technology transfer, expanding access to finance, implementing European construction standards, and building the institutional capacity of enterprises is revealed. The author considers the instruments of integration into the European market through participation in Interreg programs, public-private partnerships, digitalization of processes, participation in public procurement and creation of cluster associations in border regions. It has been established that the introduction of smart economic solutions in the construction sector contributes to increasing the resilience of enterprises to external risks and changes. It is proved that participation in cross-border programs allows to intensify innovation processes and strengthen integration into the European area of knowledge and technology. It has been determined that theoretical and methodological approaches can serve as a basis for strategic planning of the digital transformation of construction enterprises in the context of European integration. It is substantiated that the formation of intelligent economic systems is not only a means of increasing the efficiency of construction enterprises, but also a strategic condition for their competitiveness in the context of globalization, digital transformation and socio-economic dynamics of the European integration space.
