MANAGEMENT OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES ON THE BASIS OF LOGISTICS
Abstract
The article considers the peculiarities of managing the foreign economic activity of agricultural enterprises on the basis of logistics in the context of globalization. The aim of the work is to analyze the development of foreign economic activity of the agrarian sphere in the context of logistics, to identify existing problems and main risks that manifest themselves in the logistics system, to develop approaches to their mitigation and elimination. The author assesses the development of foreign economic activity of agricultural enterprises at present, considers some peculiarities of organization of international logistics operations in the context of globalization, evaluates the main indicators of export-import operations, and identifies the main countries of supply of domestic products. proved that the logistics system of international transportation has changed significantly as a result of military operations, disrupting the logistics supply chains of agricultural products, terminating cooperation with some partners, losing access to certain markets, relocating logistics processes, and reducing the number of staff and qualified specialists. The author emphasizes the peculiarities of adaptation of the agricultural business to military conditions. The main risks of the logistics system and possible ways to reduce them through the development of new markets, optimization of transportation, cooperation with insurers, regulation of customs procedures, implementation of approaches to attracting and training personnel, stabilization of demand, development of effective partnerships, development of objective plans, etc. are identified. The modern tools for marketing and logistics management of foreign economic activity of agricultural enterprises are proposed. In particular, it should be used on the basis of research and segmentation of agricultural markets, determination of their structure and competitive features of the international market, qualitative analysis of transport infrastructure, taking into account the price and tariff policy in foreign markets. Management of marketing and logistics factors of agricultural products supply to international markets involves the use of perfect supply planning, operational organizational and economic management of exports, use of a well-established system of relationships and communications, etc.
