DIAGNOSTIC METHODOLOGY AND STRATEGIC TOOLS FOR MANAGING CRISIS MANAGEMENT AT THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to scientifically substantiate the methodology of comprehensive diagnostics of crisis phenomena at the enterprise, as well as to form a strategic toolkit for their neutralization. The author’s contribution to solving the scientific problem under study is to systematize methodological approaches to crisis diagnostics as a tool of proactive management, which allows transforming disparate financial indicators into strategic guidelines for decision-making. The work details the mechanisms for identifying symptoms of economic destabilization through the prism of systemic, situational and process approaches, which provides a comprehensive understanding of the ontological viability of the business system. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in improving the methodology for forming an integral indicator for assessing the crisis state, which, unlike existing approaches, is based on a multifactor analysis of the relationships between liquidity, profitability and business activity, allowing to level the contradictions of individual indicators. The concept of «3DC management» was further developed in the context of anti-crisis activities, where the dependence of the choice of strategy – from rehabilitation to reengineering – is substantiated not only on the degree of threat of bankruptcy, but also on the available resource potential and strategic opportunities for adaptation to changes in the external environment. The practical significance of the research results lies in the development of an applied roadmap for the implementation of anti-crisis tools, which includes an early warning system and adaptive logistics strategies. The latter are aimed at reconfiguring flow processes and implementing risk-oriented supply models, which is critically important for restoring the solvency of the enterprise in conditions of a break in traditional economic ties. It is proven that effective diagnostics are a fundamental prerequisite for successful strategic choices in crisis conditions. It is substantiated that preventive management, based on the automation of anti-crisis decisions and the digitalization of diagnostic procedures, allows minimizing the impact of the human factor and ensuring the maximum speed of management response. The recommendations created create a methodological basis for business leaders to ensure strategic sustainability and transition from a state of survival to a phase of recovery growth.
