MILITARY LOGISTICS AND LOGISTICS OF CONSTRUCTION OF SPECIAL-PURPOSE FACILITIES IN UKRAINE: AN INTEGRATED APPROACH

Abstract

The article considers the integration of military logistics and logistics of construction of special-purpose facilities in Ukraine. It is substantiated that this approach is critically important for increasing the state's defense capability in conditions of full-scale war, since it is aimed at creating a single effective system that ensures the uninterrupted functioning of the army and allows for the prompt construction, repair or modernization of military infrastructure. It is proven that effective logistics support allows you to gain advantages on the battlefield, maintain logistics potential and rationally use resources. It is determined that military logistics is a complex system that integrates transport, construction, warehouse and information logistics. Since February 2022, the logistics support system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been undergoing a transformation aimed at adapting to the challenges of war. The specifics of Ukrainian military logistics are complicated by the simultaneous and rapid development of the military sector of the economy and the buildup of the Armed Forces, which is reinforced by massive supplies of weapons and logistical support. This leads to the integration of Ukrainian and European systems, harmonization of standards and procedures. It is studied that the integration model of logistics support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is based on the adaptive transfer of NATO experience. This includes technical integration through the implementation of standardized software, centralization of management, integration of civil infrastructure and standardization in the construction of military facilities. It is noted that a significant number of Ukrainian logistics companies actively cooperate with the military sector. It is proposed to study and scale such areas of military-technical logistics support as scientific and regulatory support, integration and automation of processes. The feasibility of using the latest technologies, in particular the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analytics for forecasting needs and optimizing routes is substantiated. It is proven that protecting national infrastructure in the face of threats is a priority task, which should be comprehensive and include both active and passive protection. Such cooperation contributes to strengthening defense capabilities and effective interaction with international partners.
