MANAGEMENT OF ENTERPRISE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BASED ON TACTICAL INSTRUMENTS UNDER EUROPEAN INTEGRATION CONDITIONS

Abstract

The article examines the management of enterprise economic development based on tactical instruments under European integration conditions. The relevance of the study is determined by the deepening European integration processes, which significantly transform the regulatory environment, intensify competition, and increase requirements for enterprise adaptability and economic sustainability. In this context, effective economic development management requires not only strategic orientation but also the application of tactical instruments that ensure flexibility and responsiveness in the short and medium term. The purpose of the research is to substantiate theoretical approaches and identify practical directions for managing enterprise economic development through the use of tactical instruments in the context of European integration. The methodological basis of the study includes methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison, generalization, and a systemic approach to the study of management processes. The article analyzes the impact of European integration conditions on enterprise economic development management, particularly the influence of EU regulatory requirements, competitive pressures in the European market, and institutional and economic integration factors. It is determined that compliance with European standards necessitates the adaptation of management processes, optimization of resource use, and implementation of modern management practices. Special attention is paid to the role of tactical instruments in ensuring enterprise adaptation to the European business environment. The study systematizes tactical instruments of enterprise economic development management, including financial, resource-based, organizational, marketing, and innovative tools. It is substantiated that their integrated application enhances economic resilience, supports competitiveness, and contributes to sustainable development. The article also identifies key directions for improving the effectiveness of economic development management, such as adapting tactical instruments to European standards, integrating tactical management into the enterprise economic security system, and increasing the flexibility and adaptability of managerial decisions. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of applying the obtained results in the development and improvement of enterprise economic development management mechanisms under European integration conditions. The findings may be useful for enterprise managers and policymakers in designing adaptive and sustainable management solutions.
