INNOVATIVE INVESTMENT MODELS OF COOPERATION OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES IN THE DOMESTIC TRADE SECTOR IN THE CONTEXT OF CIRCULAR ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The article is devoted to substantiating an innovative investment model for cooperation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the domestic trade of refurbished smartphones. The aim of the study is to justify the theoretical and methodological foundations and to develop practical recommendations for forming innovative investment models and mechanisms of SME cooperation in domestic trade within the context of circular economy development. The author’s contribution lies in developing a conceptual model of cooperative interaction among enterprises and identifying mechanisms for their innovative investment support. The scientific novelty is determined by the integration of circular economy approaches with cooperative models of SME development. The practical significance of the results consists in the possibility of their application for the development of trade infrastructure and enhancing the competitiveness of SMEs. It is concluded that cooperation and digital platforms are key drivers of sustainable development in domestic trade. The role of innovative investment support as a tool for modernizing trade infrastructure, developing partnership networks in domestic trade, and increasing the efficiency of investment project implementation is substantiated. The organizational, economic, and institutional components of the mechanism of SME cooperation engaged in the refurbishment and sale of smartphones based on the principles of the circular economy are systematized. The influence of state regulation and the institutional environment on stimulating the innovative investment development of entrepreneurial structures is analyzed. Key support instruments are identified, including tax incentives, grant funding, public-private partnership, as well as acceleration and incubation programs. The prospects for implementing closed-loop models in domestic trade, particularly resource reuse and the development of environmentally oriented consumption, are considered. Directions for adapting European experience of SME cooperation to the conditions of Ukraine, taking into account the needs for digitalization of the trade sector and modernization of the domestic market, are outlined.
