Abstract

An important trend today is the implementation of digital technologies into the business processes of companies. Currently, companies are investing significant resources in digital transformation, but often face difficulties and do not achieve the expected results. This is mainly due to a lack of clear understanding of the aspects that are crucial for the successful implementation of digital transformation projects. Digital transformation is a complex and multifaceted process that includes technological, organizational, and cultural aspects. It is not just the implementation of new technologies, but also a profound transformation in all areas of the enterprise. To ensure success in the digital era, companies must not only have a clear development strategy, but also be prepared to articulate the importance of change to all stakeholders. This article aims to review the key components for a successful digital transformation and identify the main aspects of changing a company's business models and strategies. This article devoted to discuss the key components for conducting successful digital transformation and identify the fundamental aspects of changing business models and strategies. The article explores the key stages of the digital transformation process, from the inception of the idea, communicating its importance to all stakeholders, to the practical implementation of the project and analysis of the results, including the impact on business models and strategies. Successful digital transformation requires not only technological changes but also deep organizational and cultural shifts. It is crucial to emphasize that digital transformation is not a one-time process, but a continuous cycle of improvement. Therefore, understanding the iterative nature of digital transformation and the readiness of enterprises to constantly change is extremely necessary. The scientific novelty of the study lies in forming of a holistic approach to digital transformation that combines technological, organizational and cultural aspects. The results of the study can be used by enterprises seeking to implement digital transformation projects. The article presents practical components of a successful digital transformation that will be useful for organizations of any size and industry.
