INTELLECTUALIZATION OF PRIVATE SECTOR ENTERPRISES IN THE DEFENSE INDUSTRY OF UKRAINE: STRATEGIC TRANSFORMATIONS AND CHALLENGES
Abstract
The article examines the intellectualization of private sector enterprises in the Ukrainian defense industry and its impact on strategic transformations. The author analyzes reforms, in particular the new Strategy of Ukroboronprom, which defines the central tasks - constant expansion of the production base and creation of new technological capabilities. The study takes into account the need to develop the defense industry through technology transfer from partner countries and emphasizes the key role of the private sector in the production of advanced weapons and equipment. The importance of developing the military-industrial base to ensure high technological standards and taking into account the civilian capabilities of technologies in this context is assessed. Taking into account the experience of the Russian-Ukrainian war, the author emphasizes the prospects for cooperation with international partners and joint production of various types of weapons. The author emphasizes key priorities for national security, including the development of unmanned aerial vehicles, public-private partnerships, preservation of human resources, and others. The importance of creating favorable conditions for the private sector and developing export and import legislation in the context of changing the balance between the public and private sectors in the defense industry was emphasized. The importance of a value-based holistic approach in the intellectualization paradigm is emphasized. It is proposed to create an intellectualization program for defense industry enterprises for the purpose of corporatization and privatization, including the private sector, which will help to increase efficiency and competitiveness. The article discusses the expected benefits of intellectualization for private enterprises in the Ukrainian defense industry. The emphasis is placed on increasing competitiveness, developing innovative strategies, optimizing resource management, and improving production efficiency in a competitive market. It is noted that intellectualization is an important factor in the strategic development of private sector enterprises of the defense industry of Ukraine, which contributes to their adaptation to the requirements of the modern world and increase the country's defense capability.
