ASSESSMENT OF THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES AS A MECHANISM FOR PROTECTING THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEM OF THE COUNTRY
Abstract
The article examines the problem of assessing the economic security of industrial enterprises in the context of ensuring the stability of the country's socio-economic systems. The relevance of the topic is due to the growing influence of external and internal threats, structural changes in the economy, military risks and the instability of the market environment, which increases the vulnerability of the industrial sector as a basic sector of the national economy. It is substantiated that the violation of the economic security of individual industrial enterprises is transformed into industry and macroeconomic risks, complicating the protection of socio-economic systems and reducing the effectiveness of the state's economic policy. The aim of the article is to develop and substantiate a model for assessing the economic security of industrial enterprises as a socio-economic component of the national economy based on the integration of financial and economic indicators, risk characteristics and fuzzy logic methods. In the process of research, scientific approaches to assessing the economic security of enterprises are generalized, their methodological limitations are analyzed and the feasibility of using adaptive assessment tools in conditions of uncertainty and incomplete information is proven. The scientific results of the article consist in the formation of a structural-logical model for assessing the economic security of industrial enterprises, which combines classical and adaptive methodological approaches, ensures the consideration of the mutual influence of indicators and allows forming an integral indicator of the level of economic security using the fuzzy logic apparatus. The scientific novelty of the study lies in substantiating the possibility of using fuzzy-logical modeling for assessing the economic security of industrial enterprises as a tool for increasing the stability of socio-economic systems. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of using the proposed model to support management decisions at the level of enterprises and industries, timely identification of risk zones, increasing the economic stability of industrial enterprises, and developing measures to ensure the stability of socio-economic systems in conditions of increased turbulence in the economic environment.
