EMERGENT QUALITY OF OPERATIONAL AND ADMINISTRATINE SYSTEMS WITHIN THE CHANGE MANAGEMENT PARADIGM BASED ON USER INTERACTION AND INTERFACE QUALITY

Abstract

The article presents an in depth study of the transformation of user engagement and digital interface quality within the structure of operational and administrative systems of modern organizations in the context of change management. It is demonstrated that under conditions of intensive digital transformation user experience (UX) goes beyond a purely design or service oriented function and acquires the characteristics of a systemic managerial instrument that directly affects the efficiency of operational processes, the effectiveness of administrative procedures, the level of coordination of actions, and the discipline of managerial decision implementation. It is substantiated that the level of user engagement in interaction with digital interfaces correlates with the quality of managerial decisions, compliance with internal regulations, speed of operations, and the sustainability of operational and administrative systems in conditions of organizational change. The article systematizes contemporary approaches to assessing interface quality from a management perspective, taking into account ergonomic, organizational, procedural, and behavioral factors that shape the practice of operational and administrative management. It is additionally emphasized that UX quality indicators can be integrated into managerial KPI systems as markers of change effectiveness and process stability. Special attention is paid to the integration of UX transformations into change management mechanisms, where interface quality is considered a factor in reducing organizational resistance, increasing acceptance of change by staff and users, and aligning strategic objectives with ongoing operational activities. It is shown that UX can function as an interface between managerial logic and actual user behavior within systems, providing feedback for adjusting managerial decisions. The study also substantiates the feasibility of considering UX not only as an outcome of change but as an active mechanism for its implementation and consolidation at the operational level. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of applying the obtained conclusions in the modernization of corporate and public information systems, the development of digital transformation programs, and the implementation of managerial changes in operational and administrative systems across different sectors of the economy.
