IMPLEMENTATION OF SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL SECURITY OF TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES ON THE BASIS OF DECORBANIZATION OF INDUSTRY FACILITIES

Abstract

The article examines the main problems in the control of carbon dioxide. It has been established that climate change is inevitable and does not collapse chaotically, but rather linearly and tends to increase. As the EU strives to achieve climate neutrality, it will strengthen control over all territories, communities and businesses that are spilling into the middle. The system operates as a market for the purchase and sale of rights to greenhouse gas emissions, where the main subjects are the member states of the European Union, enterprises whose activities provoke CO2 emissions and the main control body for trading is the European Commission. Isiya. Ukraine's medical policy before joining the EU may introduce methods for improving the ecological state of the state. And, as a mandatory stage of integration, we will enter the ETS, which, if the negative dynamics of CO2 emissions in our region continues, will lead to heavy fines for violating the established limits. Also, our country has not lost its way and has adopted the concurrent Law of Ukraine “On the monitoring, reporting and verification of greenhouse gas emissions.” In 2023, the State Fund for Decarbonization and Energy Efficient Transformation was established. The article analyses the main approaches to solving the problem of HIV/AIDS in Europe. It has been established that their businesses are subject to quotas and limits on Wikipedia. I especially appreciate the need to focus on those whose national approaches, aimed at ecologization and carbon neutrality, are accompanied by increased sales of manufactured products, which means that imported analogues take away their competitive advantage. The indicator of the storage of GDP with CO2 emissions is on a high level in our region. This is to confirm the low level of GDP and the high level of non-ecological enterprises that release greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.
